Company Approach
We can achieve a portfolio of high quality web sites, but we need your help to achieve a portfolio of successful web sites.
By learning about your company and your objectives we can deliver you a site that is designed and built specifically to meet your goals and fulfill your customers expectations.
Our eyes and ears are open
We like to keep the development process as simple as possible; we listen and learn about your company and your site objectives. We have compiled a short project brief questionnaire for you to complete and return to us, we use this to glean your overall requirements and goals.
On reviewing your brief we set to work on a detailed proposal and outline initial costs, this is sent for your review and approval.
On accepting the project proposal we will draw up a detailed development document and start full development and build of your site.
Our development process
- Project brief - Use our online project brief questionnaire or download the PDF version and send it to us via conventional post.
- Detailed project proposal - Once we have reviewed your project brief we will reply by sending you a detailed project proposal, this also includes an initial quotation.
- Detailed design document - Once you are happy with our project proposal we will create a detailed design document to work to, this aids us and allows you to see initial screen designs and a brief development plan.
- Development / Build - Programming, coding and overall graphical artwork begins.
- Testing - This includes web browser, platform and software testing.
- Delivery / Sign off - Delivery of project, site launch and web site promotion.
N.B. The development process outlined above is not set in stone it is a guide to help you realise the overall delivery cycle. We encourage feedback and input from you at anytime throughout development.
Our resources
As we grow our portfolio we also add to our own resources, you benefit from this because we can reuse certain components, and therefore this will reduce development time and cost.
